Membership Usage Guidelines
• The system automatically updates your membership status (upgrade, downgrade, or renewal) during the early morning hours every day.
• The consumption amount is based on the product price, excluding shipping fees. The payment status must be "paid," and the order status must not be "canceled."
• The membership period is 12 months. To become a "silver card member," you must spend NT$5,000 in a single purchase or cumulatively during the 12 months. To renew the membership for another 12 months, you must spend NT$3,000 during the membership period.
• The membership period is 12 months. To become a "gold card member," you must spend NT$15,000 in a single purchase or cumulatively during the 12 months. To renew the membership for another 12 months, you must spend NT$8,000 during the membership period.
- Membership upgrade calculation: Assuming a member places an order and pays on June 9, 2022, the system will review the consumption from June 10, 2021, to June 9, 2022, to confirm if the membership threshold has been reached.
- Membership renewal calculation: Assuming a member reaches the membership threshold on June 10, 2021, and the membership period ends on June 9, 2022, the system will review the consumption from June 10, 2021, to June 9, 2022, to confirm if the renewal threshold has been reached. (Note: After renewing the membership, the consumption before the renewal date cannot be included in the next membership level upgrade calculation. In other words, the consumption accumulation starts from zero after the renewal.)
